Through an intentional curriculum that incorporates running and other physical activities, we aim not only to promote physical well-being but also to bolster the life skills essential for personal and professional success. Our caring and competent coaches are trained to deliver this life skills curriculum faithfully, ensuring that each participant receives the full benefit of our program.
